Fakıllı Cave is in Fakıllı village, about 8 km south-east of Akçakoca centre. 350 m of the cave's total length of 1,017 m is lit and open to visitors.

It is a semi-active, multi-phase cave. In its galleries you can see stalactites and stalagmites and "white rooms" covered in dripstone. In rainy periods water enters through sinkholes.

A first-degree protected site, the cave opened to visitors in 1986 and was redeveloped in 2010. It's cool inside even in the summer heat.
